Quarter 2: April - June 2024

With the winter sun shining and snow on the Remarkables, it’s certainly a spectacular time of year! I hope you’re all enjoying the snow and some time with family and friends over the school holidays. It’s been great to get out snowboarding and skiing with my family.

The resilience of the Jack’s Point residence market continued last quarter (April –June 2024) with prices continuing to hold at $x,xxx per square metre. This is slightly higher than the first quarter of 2024 at $x,xxx and the 12-month average at $x,xxx.
Quarter 2 2024 has seen a welcome return to premium home sales in Jack’s Point over $3M. There were two sales over $3M (6 Stockyard Lane at $x.xxxM and 24 Orford Drive at $x.xxxM). Whilst the sales price percentage above CV varied considerably across the eight sales, 6 Stockyard Lane (sold by Sotheby’s International Realty) achieved a sales result that was 22% above CV.
